There is a sense of pride that comes from a collaborative approach and a seamless process. This is what we strive for with every client who works with our team at Legacy Homes. Our unique recipe follows four distinct phases that have been tried and tested over many years of experience.

Consultation and collaboration

This is an important stage where our team undertakes an extensive briefing process to ensure your new home is exactly what was initially envisioned.

It is at this stage that clients showcase their inspiration; magazines clip-outs, photographs of friends’ homes, internet imagery, even social media posts. All of these materials help us to develop the same vision and move forward harmoniously.

Design and planning

The design phase starts with a site visit. It is here where the team can accurately envision the home in its surrounds, taking into consideration, location, light, even noise, and neighbouring houses. From here, the 2D plans and 3D designs are created. Now that the vision is making its way into fruition, the approved plans are distributed to engineering and interior designers for the professional touches.

Bricks and mortar

With approved designs and our team of specialists, who have been involved from the beginning, the building can commence. Our clients are kept actively involved throughout this stage, as the site managers liaise directly with the owners. Upon completion, we conduct a walk-through of the completed home and prepare for the handover.

Handing over the keys

With everything complete, the dream realised, and the new owners eagerly ready to start making their luxury house a home, the keys are handed over. Comprehensive home manuals, site plans, and emergency contact details are left with the owners and the Legacy Home builders are always available to answer future questions or queries.
