Robert Biagioni Contructions recently completed our home renovation in Floreat, which included the building of the 1st floor and demolishing and building the back area of the house. The value of the contract was $600k.

The team got on and completed the job in an appropriate timeframe given there were changes to the original works. We were happy with the tradespeople and products used throughout the job and have no hesitation in recommending Rob and his team.

In 2006 we made the decision to renovate our existing 1970’s home rather than knockdown and rebuild. We knew that rebuilding would probably be an easier process however our focus was to maintain our existing river views, some of which would be lost if we rebuilt due to changes in the building requirements.

Given that we knew it would a difficult process to renovate a 1970’s house we were anxious to get a builder who understood what we were trying to achieve and would work with us in an open, communicative and flexible manner. We approached a number of builders before proceeding, but did not feel comfortable with any of them until we met Rob.

The main point of differentiation with Rob was his open communication. He really listened to us, what we wanted to achieve and what our expectations and budget were. Other builders had made us feel that once the building work started we would not be able to make changes, without significant cost penalties and that the whole process would be out of our hands. Rob was very happy to allow us to participate as much as we wanted. He was happy to listen and to make changes and adjustments to the original plan as the renovation developed, or as we changed our minds. He went out of his way to ensure we got the end product that we were looking for even if it made his job more difficult at the time.

The end result is a renovation that we are extremely happy with and that effectively looks like a brand new modern house. We would definitely recommend Robert Biagioni Construction and are very grateful to Rob for all his hard work in helping us renovate what will be our family home for many years to come.
